Able to perform any/all gymnastic movements
Comfortable with all lifts under heavy loading with barbell and dumbbell
High capacity across modal domains
Finish all Open workouts as Rx, within time cap
Similar to Rx Programming in CompTrain, Mayhem, CAP, etc.
